Step 1 - Watch Our Video

Start by watching our video to get to know who we are, what we do, and how we can help you succeed. It’s the first step in understanding how The Strickland Group is different and how we’ll support you on your journey. Grab a coffee, and let’s get started!

Step 2 - Book a Call

Once you’ve watched the video, you’ll schedule a call so we can help make sure this is the right fit for you.. I’m all about connecting with every agent personally to make sure you understand what The Strickland Group is all about. Plus, I love getting to know our future stars!

Step 3 - Sign Up To Study

Once you’re in, it’s time to study. We will get you set up for a study course that is specific for your state. You’ll learn everything you need to know (from the basics to the fancy stuff) and get licensed with the backing of Symmetry Financial Group.

Step 4 - Get Your License

Let’s make it official! You’ll need to get licensed, but don’t stress—we’ll provide the resources and support to help you breeze through the process. You’ll have all the tools you need to succeed, including access to my endless supply of encouragement.
